1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing Sunshine Nate digital services, web tools, Discord channels, and community media archives (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Community Conduct

Members agree to participate with scientific rigor and mutual respect across Discord chat channels, livestream chats, and blog discussions. Harassment, unauthorized commercial solicitation, and unlawful content transmission are prohibited.

3. Astrophotography & Intellectual Property

Original astrophotography imagery, video broadcasts, and branding remain intellectual property of respective contributors and SunshineNate. Attribution is required for scientific or educational redistributions.
